EDA Rural Arth Vikas

The Livelihood and enterprise promotion division of EDA Rural Systems in India is an enterprise services agency that has been active over the past dozen years engaged in a number of value chains of importance to low income families.  EDA’s work in enterprise promotion and BDS is currently undertaken through an associate organisation, EDA Rural Artha Vikas (EDA AV).  EDA AV is registered as a Section 25 Company, based in Patna, Bihar.

EDA AV adopts a market development approach, to enable micro- and small entrepreneurs to integrate effectively within the value chain, with the objective of generating income and employment opportunities for low income households.
